I diamante poem is a poem that is in the shape of a diamond, the poem ether compares or contrasts two things. After you chose 2 nouns about the word on line 1, you chose a new word that ether compares or contrasts the word from line 1, once you have found the new word you find two nouns that is a short phrase about your new word, then you find three verbs that describe what the new word does, after you have your three verbs you find two adjectives that describe the new word. Then finally you state the new word.
