Ready, Set, Jump Assemblies on Tuesday

Thank you to the PTO for sponsoring wonderful, interactive assemblies for our students. April traveled all the way from Las Vegas to remind our students of ways to improve and maintain their health. Some of her many messages included:

We all need good nutrition, water, exercise and sleep.

Don't ever think you will look too silly trying something new!

Anyone can learn how to juggle.

Practice makes perfect.

Your brain and your body always want to be challenged.
