The first event will be the Grady College Virtual Networking Hour, designed to connect current Grady students with alumni in their industries. This will be on Wednesday, April 6 from 12-1 p.m. EDT. This week we sat down with Diane Murray to chat about best practices and exclusive tips on networking with alumni. Since she is responsible for connecting alumni back to the college, and is in constant contact with Grady grads, we knew she would have some insider information on networking with this group.

U.S. Student Fullbright Program - Info Sessions

Are you interested in pursuing a Fulbright grant for year-long independent research, study, creative pursuits, or an English Teaching Assistantship abroad? Come to a Fulbright information session this spring!

The 2017-2018 Fulbright competition opens March 31, 2016, and the campus deadline is September 7, 2016. Note to undergraduate juniors—if you want to go abroad on a Fulbright the year after graduation, this is the time to apply. Seniors and graduate students are also very welcome to apply. The competition is open to U.S. citizens who will have, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree completed by summer 2017.

The Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers sponsors the GACE Statewide Career Fair every April to provide an additional opportunity for students and employers to connect for employment opportunities. A variety of employers (160+) will be seeking college students and graduates for internships, part-time jobs, and full-time jobs. Graduate schools also participate in this event. To participate, you MUST be a current student or alumni of one of the GACE participating member schools listed.


How Can I Attend?


Bring your school ID or a driver's license and a copy of your resume with your GACE member school listed at the Student Registration area to get in the doors! You do not need to pre-register for the event.

Judson Women's Leadership Conference - 6/21/16

The JCI Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to helping young women achieve greatness in their lives through thought leadership, positive mentorship and education. Its goal is to provide additional tools for young women to become successful leaders in the community.

The Judson Women’s Leadership Conference is a Free Leadership and Career Development event for Young Adult Women, in particular College Students. The event is June 21st, in Atlanta at the Georgia World Congress Center. Student tickets will be free until February 29th.
