Hello Aldrich Warrior Families,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year and I hope you are taking some time to enjoy the beautiful weather and connect with family and friends. Over the past month, Aldrich staff have been working to ensure the start of our school year is successful for our Aldrich students and families. Our team is excited to share all that our school offers and we look forward to partnering and collaborating with to ensure that your child(ren) reaches their greatest potential academically, socially, and emotionally this school year.

Chromebooks
Students must return their Chromebooks, chargers, and cases to either Fruzen Middle School (2600 Milwaukee Rd.) or Aldrich Middle School (1859 Northgate Dr.) by Friday, July 28, 2023 to ensure that the devices are ready and updated for the 2023-2024 school year.

It is always nice to see our students and families. We invite you to attend our final and upcoming event for the summer, Culver's Night on Monday, August 7 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Beloit Culver's.
Online Registration: Quick and Easy
All returning School District of Beloit students must register for the upcoming 2023-204 school year. The registration process must be completed for each returning child in your family. Registration helps us get all the information we need to have your child(ren) scheduled with a teacher and ready for a successful first day of school.

2023-2024 School Year Transportation
Who is Eligible for Transportation:
Students in PreK through 5th grade that live 1 mile or more from their resident school or in a designated hazardous area.
Students in 6th through 8th grade that live 2 miles or more from their resident school, in a designated hazardous area or West of the Rock River.

If your family has had a change of address for the 2023-2024 school year.
If your child is newly enrolled in the School District of Beloit for the 2023-2024 school year.
Important Dates:
July 28, 2023 - deadline to complete a transportation application.
August 22, 2023 - bus route pick up/drop off notification letters mailed out to families

Free Summer Food Program
Summer is here and we are partnering with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to serve free breakfast and lunch meals throughout the summer. There are no income requirements and any child age 18 and under may receive a meal.
Summer meals will be distributed from June 20th - July 28th (No meals on July 3rd, 4th, and 10th).

We post new blogs and podcasts weekly. This is a great way to read and listen to district updates, events, and #GoodThingsHappening. Every Monday we post a 2-3 minute podcast with the top news of the week to keep you updated. It is quick and informative. Take a listen today.

Back-to-School Night
Thursday, August 31st
We will host a special introduction meeting with new families from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We invite everyone to join us from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
First Day of School
Tuesday, September 5th
Start and Stop Times
8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Early Dismissal Times
Our early dismissal days continue on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Our first early dismissal day is September 20 at 2:15 p.m.
