Pilgrims on the Way of Truth
Winter Formal Dance - Saturday, Jan. 28th 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
The Sophomore Student Council is pleased to host the annual Winter Formal. This dance attire recommended is semi-formal: for the ladies, appropriate semi-formal dress (usually the girls select shorter "cocktail-style" dresses as worn at Homecoming) and for the gentlemen, dress pants, dress shirt, and tie. As with all our special occasion events, we require our young men and women to conduct themselves with modesty and respect in dress and deed.
Please note: Students will not be allowed to enter the dance after 8:30 pm. Any student wishing to leave the dance early must sign out at the registration table and will not be allowed re-entrance into the dance. The dance will conclude promptly at 10:30 pm and the parking lot will be cleared shortly after.
Celebrating National Catholic Schools Week!
Starting Sunday, January 29th, we are thrilled to celebrate "Catholic Schools: Communities of Faith, Knowledge, and Service." The strength of celebrating the gift of Catholic education together is so powerful and motivating! Join us this week as Montini Catholic hosts this year's Deanery Mass on Thursday, February 2nd at 10:00 am in Landers Pavilion at Marian Central.
Catholic Schools Week Charity Drive: Birthday in a Box!
Amazing birthday parties are some of the most cherished memories we can provide our children, which is why our National Honor Society is dedicating this year's Catholic Schools Week Charity Drive to helping ALL children in our area have wonderful, balloon-filled birthdays! The Deanery schools, along with the students of Marian Central, will be conducting a "Birthday in a Box" drive, collecting all the fixings to throw children's birthday parties: cake mix, frosting, balloons, party plates, streamers, and maybe even a few party favors! Our NHS team will be assembling, labeling, and distributing these boxes to area food pantries. As you're running errands this weekend, please consider purchasing items to help make someone's birthday special this year!
Click here for more Birthday in a Box Information!
Donations will be collected at all deanery schools, as well as Marian Central during Catholic Schools Week. All items will be assembled after the Feb. 2nd Catholic Schools Week Deanery Mass.
Coaches vs Cancer - PENNY WAR RESULTS
Thanks to the competitive and generous spirit of our students, we were able to raise several hundred dollars for the American Cancer Society! After the dust settled on the PENNY WARS, one class stood alone as the victor: THE FRESHMEN!
The Freshmen Class will enjoy an EXTRA Spirit Dress Down Day on Friday, February 10th!
