Description: Learn seven interactive, fun ways to teach your child how to set goals and manage time this summer. Students want a break. Students need a break. But many students also just had a full year of school with very little in-person support from their teachers. Not only will they experience learning loss, but they also haven’t had the opportunity to practice the all-important executive function skills that are a part of everyday school life. And this is especially important for students with ADHD. Fortunately, there are ways kids can have a carefree, fun summer on their terms and also learn goal setting, planning, and easy strategies to manage their time along the way.
Encourage Better Organization at Home

Date: 6/11/2021
Time: 3:00-4:00pm
Description: People with ADHD have more credit card debt, fewer assets, and less money saved for retirement than people who don’t have ADHD. They are also more likely to split up with their spouse or partner because of financial arguments. Learn what you can do as a parent to teach your child to be financially responsible, avoid the pitfalls of impulsive spending, and invest in their future. You can better prepare your child with ADHD for living independently.
