Below you will find a lot of the back to school or beginning of school information that has been disseminated the past few weeks. Please keep this resource handy or bookmark the email so you will have it for further reference.
Programs and Passwords 2019
This where you will find all programs and passwords to our subscriptions for this year. It is linked here in case you need it.
Tech Hours or PDC Information
The tech hour requirement is 15 hours this year. If you attended both days of the Teaching & Learning Institute, this requirement will be met. Don't forget to log your hours for that event. This link will allow you to log your hours (#4) or if you are eligible for PDC funds, you may fill out the other forms based on your request.
Quick Chromebook Fixes
Do your kids like to turn the screen upside down or change to a different language? These fixes are quick and easy and do not require a work order. Please see this list of fixes (made by Ben Williams) that you can do in your classroom to help expedite learning.

Who Ya Gonna Call/Email?
BEFORE you pick up the phone and call (or email), ask yourself a few questions.
1. Can I troubleshoot this myself?
2. Has there been an email or spreadsheet shared that I could reference first?
3. Can I put in a work order to solve my issue?
4. Is there a buddy teacher who would be able to help me?
5. Have I checked the routing sheet to make sure I am contacting the correct person?
Please make sure you are checking the routing sheet to make sure you are contacting the correct person. We will forward you on to someone else if we aren't the right person but it saves time if we make sure and check before we contact others! Some quick reminders:
