Career Day Speakers Needed
We are looking for a variety of people interested in spending a day talking to our students about their career. Many of our students are unaware of the career opportunities available to them, and this is a fantastic way to provide them with first-hand knowledge of potential career paths.
We would love to have you or someone you know who would be interested for the whole day, but arrangements can be made for half-day participation. If you have any questions or would like to get further information please contact a counselor, Jennifer Douglas or Lindsay Cottle, at 817-299-2700.
PTA Needs Your Help
Icenhower’s PTA’s volunteer day at the Clothes Closet is coming soon! We’re scheduled to volunteer at the MISD Council of PTAs Clothes Closet on April 2nd.
The clothes closet is open from 9:00am – 4:00pm and is located at 1016 Magnolia St, Suite D, Building 600, Mansfield, TX 76063. Next to the RL Anderson stadium across from Erma Nash Elementary.
We need your help! At least 2 volunteers per hour are needed, so let’s show some Husky Pride!
Tina Tran is our PTA Volunteer Coordinator for Icenhower. You may contact her at dicenhowerpta@gmail.com if you’re interested in volunteering. Please use “Clothes Closet Volunteer Information” as your subject line. Additional information will be posted on Icenhower PTA’s web page with additional information on how to sign up closer to the event date.
