My Eating Disorder Story.
People use these words lightly. They do not think of the actual meaning. They might say "I am really depressed today." Depression is a mental illness. Not a feeling. Social Anxiety Disorder is not, "Oh, hehe. I am shy and awkward. I am so cute." No, this is a fear that makes people not want to leave their houses for fear of what others think of them. Anorexia and Bulimia and Binge eating is not "I am super hungry or I don't want to eat today." It is the constant fear of just gaining one gram, the fear of just gaining any small amount of weight because it will make the difference.
