SOFT OPENING WEEK OF SCHOOL
- AM cohort students will attend Tuesday and Thursday from 7:50 am-10:4 5am
- PM cohort students will attend Wednesday and Friday from 7:50 am-10:4 5am
- Students in 8:1:1 class will attend Tuesday-Friday from 7:50 am-10:4 5am
Transportation on the Soft Opening Week
- Bus pick-up times are between 6:50 and 7:35am.
Take home times will correlate with the length of time your child would normally be on the bus (as per the transportation notecard you will receive/received in the mail). For instance, if your child were on the bus for 15 min. on their normal schedule, it would be the same length of time, but instead of leaving the school at 2:30, the buses will leave the school at 10:45am. Should you need further clarification, please contact our transportation office at (716) 407-9504.

TRANSPORTATION
Drop- Off Procedures
Enter the drop off area through the north parking lot. The curbside-designated area is located in the small loop by the gymnasium entrance.
Notice and obey all posted signs.
Drop off time is from 7:30am to 8:00 am.
Cars should pull up to the farthest cone so that we are able to unload 4-5 cars at a time. Students should only be released at the cones.
Students should be ready to exit vehicles immediately and only from the passenger side.
Parents wishing to escort their children into the school may only do so by parking in a designated parking space. Parents/visitors may not follow students into the building.
To ensure the drop-off zone is most effective:
Drivers will use a single file lane to drop off child(ren)
Children should be ready to unload upon stopping
Make sure children exit curbside only
Drivers should stay in the car at all times
If assistance is needed, school personnel will help students exit the car
Pick-Up Procedures
The designated car rider pick-up area is at the gymnasium pick-up loop.
Enter the north parking lot, following the arrows through the small loop. Traffic will flow the same way as drop off in the morning.
Students enter vehicles on the passenger side only.
Staff escorts all students so there is no need for drivers to exit vehicles.
Car riders will begin loading at 10:33am.
Vehicles picking up students must display the assigned student number car tag. (to be given the first week of school).
Students will only be released to authorized individuals. Identification may be requested if an individual is unrecognized by staff.
Picking up students prior to dismissal is highly discouraged and is only acceptable in the event of a family emergency.
Walking parents need to wait for their children by the gymnasium doors. Visitors may not enter the main building.
