Coaches Corner
What is an exemplar?
An exemplar is an example of proficient work with criteria clearly labeled. Advanced criteria can also be added but make sure that it is very clearly marked that it is advanced.
Exemplars allow students to see an entire product with specific criteria in a visual manner. Students have the opportunity to compare their work with the exemplar.
Do any of you have exemplars you use in your classroom? If so, please reach out to Heather or Jenn so we can create a gallery of exemplars to give others ideas.
PBIS Ice Skating Trip
Was absolutely delightful! We ended up with 71 students attending! Had wonderful parent volunteer supports and to my surprise I can still ice skate!
We did have some last minute changes in students being able to attend - therefore, those student's points will be added back into their accounts!
Just wanted you all to know so that if a student asked, you could let them know!
