3A & 3B PASSED!
We are incredibly grateful for our supportive and caring community members who helped us pass our bond and mill levy override. It’s been nearly two decades since we last asked for help and I think that spoke volumes to our voters on the true need and challenges we are facing. The passage of 3A & 3B will allow the district to attract and retain quality staff, continue to fund innovative programs, make critical repairs to current buildings, and build a new pre-k through 8th grade school in Lorson Ranch. Each school will also get money toward a project of their choice decided by that school's community. We will have more details on the plans moving forward in the next few weeks. Thank you all again for your support! #BelieveInWidefield

The students were selected to participate in a three-day class teaching them how to sketch and draw, design on CAD, print and finalize, and race a car made from a 3D printer and powered by balloons.

MRHS Fall Production
Mesa Ridge High School's fall production of Proof by David Auburn is this weekend, Friday and Saturday night at 7 p.m. The cost is $3. The play concerns Catherine, the daughter of Robert, a recently deceased mathematical genius. Catherine had cared for her father through a lengthy mental illness. Upon Robert's death, his ex-graduate student Hal discovers a paradigm-shifting proof about prime numbers in Robert's office. The title refers both to the proof and to the play's central question: Can Catherine prove the proof's authorship?
