Ms. Gross participated in January 's Technology Cohort w/ TIS leaders , (Marsh, Everson, Koren). The technology team cohort was a great offering for teachers during their planning time. The TIS cohort team provided creation and curation digital tool kits on Google Drive. We explored digital and web 2.0 tools and added our own in the tool kits.
I evaluated my integration of technology using the SAMR model.
This cohort highlighted more appropriate and effective resources that can be used in our library. The cohort inspired: a creation of "MH Symbaloo" on our big screen monitor.
MH Titans are adding tiles to the Symbaloo. Students are also engaged in learning and evaluating available apps on their tablets and how they are using them on our collaborative bulletin board in the library.
