Healthy relationships allow both partners to feel supported and connected but still feel independent.
Here are some ways to have a healthy relationship
Caring
To have a healthy relationship, you need to care for your partner. It can be easy to lose yourself and your needs in a relationship so don't be to selfish just to make you happy. You need to care for your partner even you angry at her/him.
Understand each other
Really listen and try to understand each other is a sign of a healthy relationship. Try not to interrupt while your partner is trying to tell you something. You always know that what is your partner think or want something.
Communication
A healthy relationship need to talk to each other. No matter how well you know and love each other, you cannot read your partner’s mind. We need to communicate clearly to avoid misunderstandings that may cause hurt, anger or confusion. Listening is a very important part of effective communication. A good listener can encourage their partner to talk openly and honestly.
Give privacy
Just because you’re in a relationship, doesn’t mean you have to share everything and constantly be together. Healthy relationships require space so give your partner some privacy. Let him/her has their own time.
Surprise your partner
A healthy relationship need surprise. You can surprise your partner by give her/him present, ask him/her out. Your partner will feel like you love them and led to a healthier relationship.
