During this very difficult, anxious, and unknown time, my hope is to bring activities and videos to our students and families to provide all of you with some comfort, peace, and togetherness in your homes. Monday Morning Mindfulness Exercise

Every Monday morning, students and staff participate in a 2 minute breathing exercise as a whole school. This is the song we use weekly! The only directions are to sit or lay quietly, turn the lights off, close your eyes, and breathe in and out slowly for 2 minutes. Challenge your child to breathe longer than two minutes if they can!
