Presenter: Dr. Marcel Lebrun

Dr. Lebrun has been an educator for thirty two years. During that time he has been a classroom teacher, administrator, school coun- selor, and special education teacher. He was the director of a stress and anxiety clinic from 1994–2002 and a university counselor from 2002– 2005.


He is presently a professor and Chair at Plymouth State University in the Department of Education. He teaches classes in special education, behavior management, counseling, and educational methodology at the undergraduate and graduate level. He has taught abroad and traveled extensively throughout the world.


Dr. Lebrun has published several books on depression, sexual orienta- tion, and academic strategies, as well as several articles on behavior issues and mental health concerns in children. Dr. Lebrun has been a PBIS facilitator for NH CEBIS for the past ten years, and is currently a member of the NH CEBIS Leadership Team.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation should be made in writing. A full refund will be made for cancellations postmarked, or sent via email, 7 days before the event.


No refunds will be given for requests received after 7 days before the event, or for "no shows". We do accept substitution of another person at our conference. 24 hours of notification is appreciated.


All received registrations are subject to Cancellation/Refund policy. Cost of registration fee is still liable whether payment is paid or unpaid, if no notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the event.


If minimum requirement enrollment is not met prior to the early registration deadline, the event may be postponed or canceled.
