Black History Month!
Lincoln Families,
As we enter February, I wanted to take a moment to recognize and celebrate Black History Month with you and your children here at Lincoln Middle School.
This month provides us with a special opportunity to honor the remarkable contributions, achievements, and rich cultural heritage of African Americans throughout history. It's a time to reflect on the courage, resilience, and activism that have shaped our nation and continue to inspire us today.
I encourage you to engage with your children in conversations about the significance of Black History Month and explore ways to celebrate together at home. Let's use this month as a catalyst for learning, empathy, and appreciation of our shared humanity.
Thank you for your support as we honor and celebrate the legacy of African Americans past and present.
