Each and every day classrooms are alive with learning. Student engagement is high. There is so much to highlight, but here are few examples of student learning around BSE. Each day opens the door for new opportunities, experiences, and achievement.

Clinic in Need of Clothing

Our supply of pants is running very low. We're especially in need of boys athletic pants in sizes 4-7. If your student has borrowed some, please wash and return them. If you have some you are willing to donate, please feel free to send them in. THANK YOU!

Community Insider

Looking for local events? Check out HSE’s Community Insider (CI). The CI is a resource for both HSE families and community partners. It not only provides a space to post information about events, camps, and other educational programs. It also offers the opportunity to find upcoming activities in and around Hamilton County.

Mudsock Youth Athletcs

Recreational Basketball News:

  • Boys Basketball - Athletes in grades 2nd, 3rd and 6th will begin practicing this Saturday, October 30th. The 1st, 4th and 5th grade divisions will begin practice on November 6th. Please note the kindergarten division kicks off in January. More information here.
  • Girls Basketball - Athletes in kindergarten – 8th grade will take to the courts beginning Saturday, November 6th, for their first practices. We are excited to welcome a record number of female athletes. The league is finalizing team assignments and players should expect to hear from their coaches by early next week.

*Co-ed high school intramural basketball information will be released at the end of November.


Spring Program Registration:

Mark your calendars! Registration for spring baseball, softball, soccer, boys and girls lacrosse, rugby and track and field opens January 1st at myathletics.com. Season information including divisions and program fees will be updated on our site at the end of December. Need a refresher over our registration periods? Find them here.
