Teens are going on a raid for sugary drinks in the United States of America. In the years of 2005-2008 ages 12-19 years old were at the highest point of the ages of sugary drinks Males eating 273 kilocalories per day and females eating 171 kilocalories per day. 12-19 drinks 70 percent of the population of other 12-19. Teens increases more rapidly each year.
Impacts of Sugary Drinks
"Rotten Teeth"
Many teens all around the world are having to have their teeth pulled because they're becoming rotten. Brushing and flossing your teeth is good dental treatment to keep the cavities and infections away.
"Obesity"
Many people are becoming obese in all age groups. With sugary drinks people are getting addicted to it and are not losing all the sugars and calories in their body everyday by exercising.
"Diabetes"
Diabetes type 2 is diagnosed by being overweight and too much sugars. Sugary drinks and sugary candies increases the chances of getting diabetes. Teens being in the top categories of getting type 2 diabetes out of all ages.
