Amanda Gorman Award for Poetry Accepting Submissions!

Penguin Random House and Amanda Gorman have teamed up to launch the Amanda Gorman Award for Poetry, a creative writing award for poetry for high school students. With a first place prize of $10,000, the award will recognize an original literary composition in English for poetry. The 2022 award commences on October 1, 2021 and closes on February 1, 2022. Details regarding this new contest are available here for any student who is interested in applying.
