UPCOMING EVENTS
- Parent/Guardians the drop off and pick ups for students is located in the back parking lot. There are no drop offs in the side parking lot next to the board office and no drop offs in the front of the building. Thank you!
- Attention to 7th Grade Parents: A recent audit has found several students are missing the required documents for school enrollment. Please check to see if your student has brought home a letter from the health unit requesting copies of missing requirements. These records are needed ASAP.
SPORTS
- BCMS Ladycats Basketball teams went down in defeat last night at home versus Mason County. The Ladycats will be in action again on Thursday, September 19, at Elliott Co. Good Luck Ladycats!
- BCMS Boys Basketball Open Gym after school on Thursday, September 19, from 4:00-6:00.
- BCMS Boys Basketball tryouts will be held on September 27, 2019 from 4:00-6:00, and September 28, from 10:00-12:00 for all grades.
- BCMS Football Wildcats will be in action on Thursday, September 19, at home versus Nicholas County. Good Luck Wildcats!
- Volleyball Pack the House and Serve it up!!! Wear Red on September 19, for the Bath vs Menifee game. Prizes given throughout the night. Student Serve Competition. Concession stand serving pulled pork sandwiches, chips, and drink for supper cost is $5.00. Freshman game begins at 5:30 pm and JV and Varsity to follow.
- BCHS Volleyball is having a Spaghetti Dinner at Owingsville First Church of God on Saturday, September 21. Cost is $7.00 for Adults and $5 Under 12 years. Free Delivery in City limits.

SCHOOL NEWS
- Lifetouch will be here to take Fall pictures on September 20, 2019.
- Kona Ice will be here on Tuesday, September 24. Don't forget your money.
- BCMS Academic Team lost to McNabb at last night's quick recall match, but Izzy Hughes answered 4, Cameron Warner answered 2 toss-up queestions, and Jacob Hatfield answered one bonus question during the JV match. Izzy Hughes answered 4, Blake Baber answered 2, and Blake Ott and Shade Stacy-Bonot each answered 1 atoss-up question during the Varsity match. All Academic team members are welcome to come practice after school today, but all members must attend tomorrow's practice. If you can't attend tomorrow's practice, please let Ms. Moriarity know today.
- The 2nd bus for the 8th Grade DC trip has been started. We have about 30 seats to fill. If you want to go and haven't made your deposit see Mrs. Beth McNabb. Also, if there are parents wanting to go, they can start making their deposits at this time.
- The 2019 Bath County Youth Basketball Developmental League is beginning registration. This is open for 6th Grade students only. There is a fee of $40.00 and forms and payment may be picked up and turned in at the front office. You may also turn at Citizens Bank Lobby on the following Saturdays, September 21st, 28th, or October 9th.
- The 6th Grade field trip is October 16, 2019. We will be going to KY Down Under. The cost of the trip is $100.00. You can start making payment. All payments need to be brought to Ms.Dennis before 8:30 am. The trip must be paid in full by September 20, 2019. We have 7 spots available for the 6th Grade field trip. We have to sell these spots in order to get a 3rd bus so that everyone that wants to go, can. If you would like your child to go on the trip, please bring the money as soon as possible so that we can get a total. No students will be accepted after September 20. - Girls Who Code will meet again on September 19, after school.
- Any Beta Student interested in running for club offices, please sign up outside Ms. Ballman's door. Beta service hours log sheets are also available outside Ms. Ballman's door. Remember you need 15 hours to stay in Beta.
- Final balance for the 7th Grade Chicago trip are due on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. Thank you! Mrs. Fitch will be available on Thursday, September 19, from 4:00-6:00 to help anyone register online that needs help.
- Archery will meet again on Monday, September 23, 2019 after school.
- Mrs. Reinhardt will be hosting a Yoga Club on Club Day, on October 4. Students who wish to participate must pick up a form from Mrs. Reinhardt and return it before Friday, October 4. Spots are limited to the first 12 students to return their form. Students must bring a yoga mat.
