Notes From the Office
Request From the Clinic
Thank You from the Attendance Secretary
Thank you to everyone who called in on the attendance line this week and provided me with a few details to your child's symptoms! It not only helps me to provide an accurate count to the Health Department, but also helps the custodians when cleaning the classrooms each night as they try to deter the spread of the illnesses. We had quite a few cases of Influenza A & B, as well as Strep Throat going around Spencer this week. Keep washing those hands!
Also, with all of the cases of Influenza and Strep that we have had, if you took your child to the doctor, please send in your medical excuse from the doctor. If I receive a signed medical note, I can medically excuse the absence and it will not count against your student's attendance. Feel free to email your doctor's note to me at: berryl@brightonk12.com.
