Online Learning Day for all Students

November 18 - ** Asynchronous Learning Day - ALL STUDENTS ONLINE **

No on-site/in-person learning on this day due to parent/teacher virtual conferences.

Virtual Conferences Nov 18th, 19th, and 23rd

Online Learners—Registration is now closed. If you are still needing to schedule a conference please call the office, 633-5800.


In-Person Learners—Registration is open through Nov. 16. Please follow these instructions to schedule your conference for either Nov. 18, Nov. 19, or Nov. 23. Your code is e8386.


Step 1: Go to www.Schoolbookings.net and enter the school code (In-Person e8386)


Step 2: Enter your full name (designate one parent to register), your email address and your student’s full name(s).

  • Your email address is used to send you your conference time.

  • Select the number of students you want to book conferences for, and fill in their names.

  • Press the green “Go” button to go on to the next page.


Step 3: Select the grade and homeroom teacher for your child/children.

  • Press the green “Go” button to go on to the next page.


Step 4: Choose a time for each teacher. Each conference is 12 minutes long.

To choose conference times, click the checkboxes underneath the time.

  • Missing checkboxes mean that time has already been booked by someone else.

  • Press the green “Go” button to confirm your conferences.


Step 5: To exit the program click “Finished.”

  • If you would like to change your selection click “reschedule Conference.”

  • If you decide to reschedule your conference at a later time, simply log back in to www.Schoolbookings.net, enter the access code and click on your name. It will pull up your confirmation page with the option of rescheduling or canceling.


If you are unable to register online, please call the school at 633-5800.

Your child’s homeroom teacher or a school employee will assist in scheduling your conference time.

STAFF CONFERENCE NIGHT MEALS

Conference days start next week and it is PTO tradition (and our pleasure!) to serve dinner for our teachers on the evenings they stay late. This year, the PTO is being very diligent to keep health safety our top priority while being mindful of our budget as we are not doing our Fun Run Fundraiser this year. We are accepting both monetary and in-kind donations to help make these two meals happen. NEXT PTO MEETING CANCELED

We will NOT be meeting on November 17, as scheduled at the beginning of the year. We will, however, keep a close monitor on what our CLA families need as we continue to manage the pandemic and the learning options it brings for our students. If another Q&A session is needed (as announcements from the District are made), the PTO will do our best to schedule accordingly.
