Year 9 Preferences Process
Thank you to all who attended last night's Preferences Evening. The Preference Forms are now available on the website.
A Christmas Carol Performance
On Friday 2nd February 2024, the English Department will be welcoming practitioners from the Quantum Theatre to our school to perform A Christmas Carol to our Year 11 students.
The students will watch a 65 minute adaptation of the story, staged with a proper set, lights, sound and visuals. The script is adapted directly from the original text and mirrors the structure of the book, presenting the material exactly as Dickens wrote it. The performance will be delivered using Dickens’ style, spirit and wit, making the show the perfect resource to support work in class on the text.
The performance will take place during Period 1 and Period 2 in the Hall. There will be no charge for this.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your child’s English teacher.
