PAW PRINTS
Clinton Middle School Newsletter - October 25, 2021
Dear Wildcat Family,
Last week, after sending out Paw Prints, I received an email from a parent about neglecting to mention the wonderful accomplishments of the middle school students who run Cross Country. Today, when I made morning announcements, I failed to mention that our Band had a great showing at Upper State this weekend. Several Wildcats helped with the effort! I was quickly scolded by a student.
What a wonderful problem to have! Over the past week, many great things have happened on our campus. In fact, there are so many that I struggle to highlight them all! Even with all that I say, there are still other tremendous things happening in our classes, in our after school programs, and in our extracurricular clubs and sports that go unnoticed!
All of this helps me to realize how blessed we are as a school! We have wonderful people who give time to expand the academic, athletic, and extracurricular opportunities available to students! It reaffirms why our staff is in education and warms my heart to see our students take advantage of these opportunities...even if I don't always remember to mention them!

MORE MARVELOUS MUSICIANS!
Congratulations to The CHS Devil Regiment for scoring an Excellent Rating and qualifying for the State Marching Band Championships next Saturday at Spring Valley High School. This is the first time in 7 years since the group has been to the State Finals. This is quite an accomplishment and we are extremely proud of what these Red Devils have done which includes nine middle school members.
