Opportunity Awaits - Kidventor Contest at Fat Brain Toys
Fat Brain Toys designs award-winning toys that are sold worldwide...not just here in the Omaha area. Their toys promote "A Smarter Way to Play" and have been on the global stage more than fifteen years now!
For the past two years, Fat Brain Toys has hosted our Kidventor contest. Children from around the United States submit their ideas, drawings, prototypes, etc. of their inventions for THE NEXT GREAT TOY!
Here's the REALLY cool thing...the winner receives a $2,500 scholarship, $500 worth of toys from Fat Brain Toys, an all-expense-paid trip to New York City to show their idea to toy industry experts at The American International Toy Fair in February, and, they are awarded a real license agreement which gives them a royalty on every single toy that is sold for the lifetime of the product.
This is a great opportunity to put creativity, STEM, reading, research, and public speaking skills to use! What child doesn't love to talk and think about toys? Fat Brain Toys is passionate about keeping play and toys an integral part of the daily life of children everywhere.
