Holiday Spiritwear Flash Sale
The Holiday Spiritwear Flash Sale will be Monday, November 7 to Wednesday, November 30, with items guaranteed to be delivered by Friday, December 23 or the order is free! We've added new items to the store including: 1/4 zip performance fleece jackets, windbreakers, hats, ombre performance tees, polo shirts and flannel pajama pants. You can also customize items for relatives, including mom, dad, parent, grandparent, sister, brother, aunts, and uncles.There are two ways to search for items—you can search by "garment style" in the left hand column or click on the design you like on the main page and scroll down until you see "more styles," which will show you all the items you can purchase with your chosen design. As a reminder, the flash sale offers a 20% discount on all items and shipping is free for purchases over $75. Visit the spiritwear store today!
International Baccalaureate Information
All eighth grade students received an informational video in resource this week about the new Pre-International Baccalaureate program. The Pre-International Baccalaureate (IB) is an opportunity for LCPS students in grades 9-12 interested in a rigorous educational program that develops the necessary skills to live in a rapidly globalizing world. For more information, please visit the LCPS Pre-IB Website. Information sessions will also be held at the times and locations below:
- Tuesday, November 29 | Woodgrove High School | 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 30 | Freedom High School | 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Giving to our Local Animal Shelter
Our Best Buddies Advisory will be sponsoring an animal product drive for the Pet Pantry at the Loudoun County Animal Shelter from now until Tuesday, December 13. Interested students may bring in the following items and check out this video:
- All sizes of canned food cat and dog food is accepted.
- Dry food must be unopened, unexpired, non-prescription adult food. Please do not provide kitten, puppy, or senior food.
- Dry food must weigh between 3 and 8 pounds due to space restrictions.
- Donations may be dropped off at Room 621 or in the grade level house offices, whichever is more convenient.
- Our Best Buddies will come by the house offices checking for donations during advisory.
