The Dixie Dazzler
Your Weekly Inspiration
Happy Monday!
It's so much fun to watch the end of the month roll around! So many of you attained your goals! Qualifying at $500 in sales, booking that extra trunk show, sponsoring for the first time, earning jump-start credits, holding your first show....There is so much to celebrate!
P.S. Here is a little rumor I heard: If you are planning on qualifying to attend the Build It Big session in Atlanta on April 13 (one of only 5 locations, Danielle or Jessica will be attending), you will want to have 5 trunk shows in March! Special incentive with an amazing prize (think time with Danielle Redner)!!! Details to follow!!
Weekly Focus
Did you know that March and November are typically our biggest sales months? I'm going to tell you a secret. What you do in March sets up your entire spring into summer and also sets the tone of your business through Hoopla. How much do you want to make? How many trunk shows will you need to achieve that goal? Start booking these shows for March (it's not too late to get started!) and add at least one more to pad that goal. Right now I have three, but I'll be trying to add at least two more to take advantage of this month.
DONT FORGET TO SET YOURSELF UP TO WIN THE 555 CHALLENGE FOR MARCH! ($500 by the 5th of the month for a $5 Starbucks card!)
2. Sponsoring
Don't forget to reach out to those potential stylists. Remember, if you sponsor one stylist and qualify her by the end of March, YOU get a pair of Tory Burch flip-flops from me!
Remember to keep it simple! Here are some tips on making the most of your sponsoring efforts:
1) Make the connection and follow up fast! Connect with your potential new Stylist to understand how Stella & Dot can fit into her life. Always follow-up to answer any questions.
2) Listen, listen, listen! Listening to your potential Stylist about her life is a key piece of sponsoring, as it will help you get to know her. Ask her questions about her life and listen to how she responds!
3) Cast a wide net! Share the opportunity with a large group of people -- you never know what it can lead to!
3. Booking Bonanza call with Danielle
Last week many of you jumped on this call to listen to Danielle talk about booking from scratch. Thanks to all of you for sharing your key take-aways from the call. Scroll below to see who won the bag! Today is another call with Danielle. This week I'l be giving away another bag if we have 5 stylists list their key takeaways on our page.
