What Has Been Happening in Mr. Harre's Classes?
Congratulations to Our Music Students
THANK YOU!
Thank you to all of the families that donated to treat the staff on Friday. Your sweets were a wonderful surprise and helped to fuel the energy for the day. There was a huge variety of delicious cookies and the staff was very grateful for your kindness. We are truly blessed to have such amazing families!
Scott Chorus Students Went Caroling
Mr. Wagner took 16 chorus students to Brandywine Valley Active Community for caroling on Friday, December 22nd. They did a fantastic job and put a huge smile on so many faces and even got to sing happy birthday to someone who was there.
They had the community singing and even dancing with their singing!
December Golden Ticket Winners
Congratulations to our December Golden Ticket prize winners! Last Friday, ten Golden Tickets were pulled from the box in the main office. Golden Tickets are earned when students go above and beyond our expectations of Respect, Ownership, Courage, Kindness and Safety. Staff give them to students when they are really impressed. The following 10 students were given the choice of a holiday Dunkin donut or a sweet treat at lunch.
Congratulations to: Cataleya Rodriguez, Alyssa Rodriguez, Maggie Smith, Madesyn Westcott, Jakui Self, Hezeki Stoudmire, Sadiyah Bradley-Hunt, NJ Quattlebaum, Aniyah Carrol, and Perla Castaneda-Catana.
Keep up the great work! We are so proud of you!
December's Student of the Month- Sebastian Meredith
We had numerous students nominated this month, which is a wonderful problem to have! After much debate, our winner for December's Student of the Month is...Sebastian Meredith!
Sebastian earned 3 golden tickets during the month of December and teachers reached out to support Sebastian's nomination. Sebastian works hard, always as a smile and is a good friend and student.
Congratulations, Sebastian, we are so proud of you. Keep up the great work!
Employee of the Month for December- Mr. Henry
We want to congratulate our Employee of the Month for December, Mr. Henry. Mr. Henry is an awesome team player. He's the first to support his team members when a problem arises with students, always has teachers' backs, he's ALWAYS in the hallway during the change of classes and follows through with anything our team has decided. The students respect Mr. Henry and it shows each day! We are so lucky to have Coach Henry here at Scott.
We also want to congratulate our runners up: Dr, Thomas, Mrs. Waterman, and Mr. Haitz. All three staff members were given a gift card to treat themselves at Dunkin Donuts. We have an amazing team here at Scott!
