Healthy Me

Running
I like running and jogging because they are a convenient way for me to stay active.
Smimming
I like to swim because it is a fun way that I can stay fit that I really enjoy.
Biking
I like biking because it is way of transportation, but it can keep you active at the same time.
Watermelon
One of my favorite foods is watermelon because it is healthy and has a delicious taste! It is a lot better to eat than any candy.
Carrots
I enjoy snacking on carrots because they are healthy and have a sweet taste. I have also herd they were a good source of vitamin A.
Apples
I like to eat apples all the time because I love the way they taste and they are something healthy that I can pack in my lunch.
