Which is healthier takis or an apple? An apple Is much healthier than takis because they have harsh chemicals and seasoning in the chips cause corrosion in the throat and stomach. It is causing stomach ulcers in children.And apples are healthier because they prevent breathing problems,they help you fight cancer,they also decrease diabetes risk.So apples are much healthier than takis. Which is healthier honey nut cheerios or a tomato?A tomato is healthier than honey nut cheerios but honey nut cheerios are also healthy but not as much as a tomato is.
