Smooth Chocolate bottom layer
For the top layer you will need:
- 8 1/2 ounces all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1/8 cup butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 16 oz cans chocolate syrup
- Cooking spray
Chilled minty top
You will need:
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/8 cup butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 4 drops green food coloring
