Each April, our school celebrates Autism Acceptance Week. Our Autistic Support team of teachers plan activities and share resources with our school community to help everyone learn more about autism and the many ways it may be expressed at school. This week's theme days look at different aspects of neurodiversity, building on our school's motto that "We are Better Together." We've enjoyed seeing the favorite hats and rainbow or tie dye clothing. Today, students and teachers shared their special talents with one another. A reminder that Thursday we are showing our team pride by wearing Simmons or Hatboro-Horsham gear and that Friday, everyone can dress in their comfy clothes or pajamas for our sensory-friendly day.
