What are nightmares?

Nightmares are a social and health problem that effects mostly children but also adults.

There are many causes of nightmares

For example, scary books and movies. Scary books or movies can effect your mind. Your brain will remember the pictures and words that you heard or see.


Another possible cause is stress or anxiety. Sometimes the ordinary stresses of daily life, such as a problem at home or school, triger nightmares. A major change, such as a move or death of a loved one, can have the same effect.


A final cause is trauma because its flashbacks occur at night while sleeping.

There are many effects of nightmares

First ,being upset and afraid to go to sleep


Additionally, Daytime sleepiness, which can lead to problems with everyday tasks and concentrating


A final possible effect is bad mood

There are many possible solutions to nightmares

First, rewrite the ending.


In addition,provide comfort measures for example: turn on a night light.


Finally, talk about the dream.

Benefits of nightmares

First, we are more immune to stress because we go through it in virtual reality which is a nightmare and it is training us to deal with stress.


In addition, they help us realise about our suppressed emotions.

My name is Mia Cat. I am 33 yers old and I live in New York City and I am a movie choreographer and I have a bakery. I also have a lot of animals. I know that it is not good for animals to be in the city that's why i also have a house out the city which my dad lives in. About the animals we

have: 15 horses, 10 cows, 5 cats, 5 dogs, 3 mice, 4 rabbits, and 2 sheeps, because we have lika a little farm {my favourite cat is on the picture and his name is Tiger}. As a choreographer and pastry cook I have a lot of work mostly because: firstly, now i am doing a choreography to a move that is called... I can't even remember, secondly my bakery is pretty famous. It's called Cat's bakery because it's a family bakery. And I think that's all you need to know about me.
