Important information regarding checking students out during Pep Rallys

If you are needing to check your student out early for doctor appointments, etc. please check them out before 2:30 on Pep Rally days. This will be an easier and faster transition.

Technology fee- important information!

Parents if you have not paid the technology fee, you can pay online through http://www.MySchoolbucks.com , or
bring cash or check to the library.
Technology will be doing the following:
• Send targeted emails to those who have not paid on October 21
• Reduce internet access for those who have not paid on October 21
• Repeat process until 100% compliance
Should you have questions, please be sure to contact the technology department for
assistance.

After school tutorials- important information!

Students may attend any teacher tutorial not just their scheduled assigned teacher.

Tutorial buses

Tutorial buses will run every Tuesday and Wednesday for the entire year. Buses will pick up in the front teacher parking lot at 3:45.

Important parking info

Please do not park in the front circle driveway lanes when dropping your student(s) off in the mornings. Traffic is delayed and causing safety concerns. If you are not immediately dropping your child off please park in a designated parking space. Thank you for helping keep our students safe.

VOE information

If you are needing a VOE from Mrs. Pilgreen or have put in a request to her please be aware that the new turn-a-round time is now 48 hours. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
