Being a Leader
Leader Interview - Mrs. O'Quinn, Principal
All of the 7 habits help me. When I put first things first, it helps me to focus. There are so many things to do.
Which habit is the biggest challenge for you?
It's hard to sharpen the saw. If I'm proactive it is easier to put first things first.
How to Be a Leader
To be a good leader you have to follow the rules and walk in a line when you are in the hallways. Some of my classmates picked me for the student lighthouse team. I am on the student lighthouse team because I am a good leader in the classroom. I am in the line in the hallway. I know all the seven habits. To be a leader you have to listen to the teacher or the speaker. You need to be nice to others so they will be nice to you. If someone you know or not is getting bullied you should stand up for them. If your friend is sad you should go ask what is the matter. You should ask them if they want to play with you.
Everyone can remember the seven habits. Habit 1: Be in charge of you. Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind. Habit 3: Put first things first. Habit 4: Think win -win. Habit 5: Seek first to understand, then to be understood. Habit 6: Synergize. Habit 7: Sharpen the saw. These are the seven habits.
