For Supreme Court Justice


After being a federal district judge for a total of 35 years, Davis Read is seeking a nomination to the position of Supreme Court Justice. Davis Read previously graduated from the prestigious Harvard University with a masters degree in Constitutional Law, making him an authority on all things Constitution. This comes with other perks, such as; extensive science knowledge, an interest in current events and public opinions, a progressive background, and a demanding presence in the courtroom. These things make Davis a prime candidate for the office of Supreme Court Justice.

Judicial Philosophy

Left-leaning moderate- believes in human rights and gender equality. Supports decisions such as Roe v. Wade and Griswold v. Connecticut.

Believes in the right of criminals (Miranda v. Arizona, Gideon v. Mainwright, Mapp v. Ohio) and the abolishment of the death penalty.

Will not uphold fiscally liberal court cases, does not support welfare programs of any degree higher than disability insurance.

Supports the Establishment Clause and the wall of separation doctrine ( Lemon v. Kurtzman, Engel v. Vitale, Reynolds v. U.S.)

Always supports gun regulations and extensive background checks

Supports the regulation of environmental hazards and more funding towards conservation organizations such as the EPA
