Affects of Air Pollution on Our Health

Air pollution causes many problems for our health. Air pollution has been shown to connect with Heart attacks and lung failure. Air pollution can cause other cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. If nothing is done between now and 2050 about our air pollution problem there will be around 1,000 to 4,300 premature deaths occurring each year due to it.

How to Prevent Air Pollution

Conserve your energy, use energy efficient appliances and light bulbs, carpooling, biking, walking, and using dishwashers and clothes washers only when they are full are all things we can do everyday to prevent air pollution.

Example

Right now in the UK there are some serious air pollution problems occurring. In their air, there is too much carbon dioxide making it dangerous to breathe. Many people could get heart or lung problems, or even die if this does not get fixed.
