Deliveries

Food Deliveries must be secured and labeled with the student’s name and grade level. Students will not be called out of class for deliveries, and the campus will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced deliveries. Student pick-up of delivered items can only happen before/after school and during passing periods.

  • Food deliveries from a restaurant or delivery service for students are not permitted under any circumstances. They will be turned away.
  • Lunch deliveries may only be made by a student’s parent/guardian. Lunch deliveries should be made prior to the start of the lunch periods so that students can retrieve food during the passing period. Lunch deliveries will not be accepted during STAAR, TELPAS, EOC, AP, or other testing days.
  • Afternoon/Athletic/Fine Arts Dinner Deliveries may only be made by a student’s parent/guardian. They should be made between 3:30-4:00. Each program will have a wagon/table to leave your student's delivery. Items will be brought into the building at 4:00, prior to dismissal. All deliveries are subject to search.

Extended Library Hours + Free Meals? What a deal!

The LVMS Library offers extended library hours (4:10-4:30 PM) every day after school. Because this program is available to all students, we are able to provide 1 free after school meal to all students. Meals will be served in the cafeteria line immediately after school (4:10-4:20 PM).

Students are not required to stay for library hours to take advantage of the free meal program, although they are certainly welcome.
