DISMISSAL OF STUDENTS ON FRIDAY
Bazaar Opening Day Procedures
Friday, October 13, 2017 - Bazaar Opening
The excitement is growing as we near the opening of our Bazaar on Friday, October 13th. We would like to give you some guidelines to make the whole experience as happy and stress free as possible!
Friday, October 13th, will be a non-uniform day. Please bear in mind that the slide is a big hit with the younger children so shorts are better than skirts for the girls.
Send your elementary child to school with sensible shoes (no flip flops) and a knapsack to hold all of their prizes. Money should be in a wallet/purse/envelope labeled with their name. There is no need to send folders, snacks or lunch. If your child's teacher gave them their food tickets please remember to send them back in on Friday with your child.
The Bazaar will begin at 10:00 a.m. Kindergarten, Gr. 1 and 2 students will each be assigned a buddy from higher grades. The student assigned to each child will be responsible for accompanying your child around the Bazaar until 12:00 pm.
Teachers are working in the stalls and will not be able to supervise their classes once the Bazaar opens.
Early Learning Parents, please follow the directions provided in the note from Mrs. Amaro.
All K and Gr. 1 students are to be collected from the main gate at 12:00 noon by a responsible adult or an older sibling. Please let your child's teacher know who will be collecting them. If parents of students in Gr. 2, wish to collect their child before 3 p.m., please let Mrs. Resendes or Mr. Randles know.
Please let your child know that they can always approach a teacher, Mrs. Moench or Mrs. DiGiacomo should they have a problem. They can always go to the Major Raffle Stall should they need help.
All other students must remain at the Bazaar until dismissal at 3 pm. High school students should be working at their stalls during their designated times. The bikes will be locked at Woodmont and the gate will be opened by security at 3:30 and 5 pm.
Mrs. Moench & Mrs. DiGiacomo
