Navigating Tough Conversations

A Principal Network Regional Meeting

Join us for a 2 hour training for Administrators in 3 locations!

According to research, leaders spend as much as a third of their time engaging in tough conversations. Despite our best intentions, conversations don’t always go as planned. This professional learning opportunity will provide participants with time to explore the characteristics of “tough” conversations and learn strategies to increase the likelihood of desired outcomes.

During this training, participants will engage in meaningful dialogue and problem solving exercises with other administrators from around the region. Participants will practice strategies with mock “case studies” provided by the presenter, but are also encouraged to bring their own problems of practice to share with the group.
