Milton Yoga Studio, Brisbane - The Yoga Bootcamp is back in action over three weeks.

from 10 - 27 March 2014. What does YOGA and BOOTCAMP mean? That means Fresh Yoga over three weeks! Combining all the benefits of a BootCamp Transformation with the Stretch, Relaxation, Toning and Vitality benefits of YOGA! You can attend either Team - 5.45 am, or 7 am Yoga Sessions, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs - up to 12 sessions!

This Yoga BootCamp has a Core/ ABS/ Flow theme..

Yoga Bootcamp Timeslots/ Teams:

5.45 am until 6.45 am

7 am until 8 am
