There is no cost if your child is scheduled for aftercare on Fridays. If your student is not enrolled in the aftercare program or is not scheduled for aftercare there is an additional fee of $12 to attend on the 20. Please note, we cannot make changes on the day of Early Release, we need to know in advance what your child's plans are for that day. We ask that you please do not make last-minute changes to the schedule for the safety of the students.
Schedule Changes/Contact Information
If your child is on a rotating schedule, it is the parent's responsibility to provide a schedule at least two weeks in advance to the Chautauqua Office. If a schedule is not provided, we cannot provide service on a rotating schedule.
If your contact information, phone number or email address has changed or has not been updated with the Chautauqua Program, please let us know. You can call the Chautauqua Office to update your information or you can let a Facilitator know your changes. It is important we have your contact information in case of an emergency.
Full Day January 17, 2020
In the event of inclement weather, Chautauqua follows the procedures below:
- If there is a delayed start to the school day, Chautauqua operates on a regular day's schedule.
- If school is canceled for the day Chautauqua is NOT in session. Your tuition will not change as those days are made up at the end of the school year with no change to that month's tuition.
- If school is released early, Chautauqua provides care at the time of release. We do ask that parents arrive as soon as possible to pick up students so that we can ensure that staff will have an opportunity to make it home safely.
- It is a good idea to update your alternate pickup list for times when the weather creates a delay in traffic and prohibits you from picking up your child on time.
