The Hungate Echo
Sherburn Hungate Weekly News - Issue 9
A word from Mr Broom
Our governors met with myself on Wednesday evening for our monthly meeting. We also discussed the new proposals for the building works which are due to start in July 2020. The new schedule of works has been released and I'll have more information on how it will impact on us all in a few weeks.
This afternoon, we welcome Richard Coy and Nick Sheppard, two of the STARMAT trustees. They will be taking a tour of school and meeting staff before meeting with myself to discuss the future of our school. We look forward to their visit.
Next week is our parent consultations week and I'm looking forward to seeing you all in school on Monday and Tuesday afternoon. We also welcome Miss Nunn back to school as she comes to complete her final teaching practices as a student teacher with Miss Ball.
Have a lovely weekend and hopefully the weather will be better.
