What is it?

  1. Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder that makes people lose more weight than is considered healthy for their age and height. Persons with this disorder may have an intense fear of weight gain, even when they are underweight. They may diet or exercise too much or use other ways to lose weight


Dangers of Anroxeia

  • Damage Vital Organs
  • Always tired
  • Periods stop
  • Nails and Hair become brittle
  • Skin becomes unhealthy
  • Headaches
  • Not a lot of muscle
  • Dizzy
  • Can see bones
  • No more energy
  • Cant stay in cold weather
  • Excessive thirst and urination
  • Breathing rates slow down
  • Pulse and Blood Pressure drops
  • Thyroid Function Slows


Symptoms of Anroxeia

  • Intense fear of gaining weight
  • Not happy for their weight even if its normal
  • Missed period for women
  • Not eating enough
  • Going to the bathrooms right after meals
  • Loss of bone strength
  • Pale or yellow skin
  • Dry mouth
