To increase social distancing, visitors are not allowed in the buildings. If you need to check-out a student, please scan the QR code and call the number on the sign for the office. Office staff will then send for your student while you wait in your car. When bringing your student back to school, please ensure they check in with office staff.

Canvas Update
Dear DCHS Students and Guardians,
Thank you so much for all of your patience and feedback over the last two weeks. I know that at times there have been challenges and we appreciate you working with us to overcome them. We are currently working on providing additional clarity in Canvas on what the assignments for each day/week are when you are traditional and when you are remote. We also are ensuring that all assignments have a clearly stated due date and instructions to go along with them. Please continue to reach out to teachers as you encounter problems or have concerns. We are happy to work with you to solve any issues and the teacher for the class is going to be the best starting point. I hope you all have a great holiday weekend!
Sincerely,
Mark Phillips
Principal

Deer Creek Communication Platform
Deer Creek School District is embarking on a new communication platform to include a Deer Creek App that is designed to enable parents, staff and students to stay informed and up-to-date on events, important issues, general information, emergency notifications and site based activities. The Deer Creek App will work conjointly with the SchoolMessenger App (registration only required one time) as a notification system. Once a parent has registered with the SchoolMessenger App, they will only need to use the Deer Creek App for all things Deer Creek!
