Student Pick Up for Appointments
If you plan on picking your student up for an appointment during the school day, please call ahead. We will do our best to have your student ready to go, waiting in the foyer for their pickup. If you are not getting out of the car to pick up your students, please pull up closest to the front doors so they don’t cross the parking lot without supervision.
Calling in Absences
If you plan on taking your student out of school for an extended amount of time, please consider the district's attendance policy (9 absences per semester). You will want to notify your student's teacher and the office well before the scheduled absences occur.
- Check in at the office to receive your badge
Bring your driver’s license if you have not been scanned in before
Please be sure to check out at the office. If someone is not in the office, please leave your tag on the counter by the check in window
In the case of an evacuation drill, volunteers will head outside with the class they are working with, unless they are in the workroom. In that case, volunteers will head out front with the office staff until the building has been cleared.
