Now that we are into November this is a perfect time to dial in your fitness and nutrition and be armed and ready for the holidays.

Water Challenge is here again!
To kick off the month I want to launch our weekly challenge. Some of you have seen this challenge but it is an important one especially as the weather gets colder. Hydration!
Your challenge is to drink 90+ oz of water a day and let us know your progress. You can text or e-mail us and winners will be announced on Monday November 11th to those who completed the challenge and were consistent. There is always a fun prize at the end as a little incentive but the biggest win is a healthy body so join in on the fun starting tomorrow!

November Food Drive
As a way of giving back to those in need we thought it would be a great time to create some support in the community.
This month we will be collecting non-perishable food items along with extra cans/bags of dog food for our furry friends in need. Please bring a can or two and our collections this month will be donated to local shelters and kitchens in need.
If you have a friend that has been wanting to come to class have them bring a two canned food items for a FREE class! This will be valid during the week of 18-22nd and they must sign up at www.bendbootcamp.com.
The last day for the food drive is Friday November 22nd.

6am Friday Smoothies and Fun
This Friday for the 6am class we will be doing a post workout Smoothie and Fun. Grab a fresh Vega smoothie on your way out the door and grab one of Jill Hansen's amazing shirts.
Due to popular demand, the amazing soft jersey shirts you may have seeing me wear will be available after class as well. Cute and comfortable everyday fashion finds by Jill Hansen will be available to purchase on Friday. These shirts are not only super soft and make for a great pre/post workout top but they can also be dressed up and worn this Fall and Winter. Great colors, styles and prices!
