SEMESTER SWAP SURVIVAL 101
from MEI Secondary Library
the end is near!
TIP: After you go to your final classes of semester 1, return to the library whatever textbooks you won’t need to study for finals!
ALL semester 1 textbooks must be returned to the library no later than 4pm on Thursday January 23. After that time, replacement textbooks will be purchased for the semester 2 classes and you will be charged the replacement cost even if the textbook is returned later.
Wondering what textbooks you have checked out?
Looking for a quiet spot to study for your finals? Here’s a look at the hours the library will be open during Exam Week.
a few other exam reminders ...
- Be at the school at least 15 minutes before your exam
- Dress code applies all week—so no hats
- Devices that can receive messages or use WiFi need to be turned off and put in your backpack.
- Bring pencils/pens/calculators in a clear bag.
What about semester 2 textbooks?
On the 2nd day of 2nd semester, all students will be coming with their classes to the library for TEXTBOOK DAY -- they will check out all of their semester 2 textbooks at this time.
