Counselor's Office
When I am not in the classroom, I work with individual students and groups of students in my office. School counseling is meant to be brief and solution focused (less than 10 sessions). When a need appears greater, I may refer a student and their family to community mental health supports. Individual and group topics include: friendship, changing families, self-regulation, confidence/self-esteem, growth mindset, managing stress or anxiety, developing coping strategies, grief and loss, etc.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to support your student!
Save the Date! May 8th, 2023
